Long-time defensive coach Willy Robinson spent four seasons as the defensive backs coach and defensive coordinator at Auburn, ending in 2011.
Robinson also has coached for Fresno State, San Jose State, Miami and Oregon State in college as well as Seattle, Pittsburgh, San Francisco (as defensive coordinator), New Orleans and St. Louis in the NFL.
An itinerant journalist, Christopher has moved between states 11 times in seven years. Formally an injury-prone Division I 800-meter specialist, he now wanders the Rockies in search of high peaks.
