College football game featuring 2 top-20 teams draws embarrassingly small crowd
There’s a big game being played in the Pac-12 this afternoon.
No. 11 Utah is at No. 18 UCLA, which is off to a 5-0 start to the season.
Apparently, however, Bruins fans don’t really care.
As has been the case for pretty much the entire 2022 season, attendance at the Rose Bowl has been incredibly low for UCLA games.
And that’s the case again Saturday, even with the Utes in town for a matchup that has conference championship implications.
You're 5-0, ranked #18 hosting #11 Utah at The Rose Bowl, you're home stadium… and this is what yall doing? ? Absolutely wild af lol I don't get it pic.twitter.com/TqLdxwsuQc

Earlier this season, UCLA set a record-low attendance mark and with the way things are going that number is likely to fall again, maybe even today.
As for the game itself, the Bruins and the Utes are scoreless late in the 1st quarter.
