Interesting that point #8 is pretty much a (weak) correction of poor research from his article yesterday. Would be more genuine to write, "Yesterday, I incorrectly suggested 4 SEC teams could be in the semifinals this year".
Perhaps the writer did some research this time. Or perhaps he actually reads the comments section.
The SEC can't put 4 teams in the 2022 semifinals. 3 SEC teams are in the same bracket, while the other (A&M) is alone in the other bracket. So, 3 SEC teams is the most that could be in this year's semifinals.
No doubt that Sonny DiChiara is a great hitter. And in about 10 years, he will be one of the best slow pitch softball players ever.
“National seeds” = top 8 seeds…. teams that don’t have to leave home to make it to Omaha.

This whole topic is all conjecture. Opinion. Internet fodder. I have no problem with you or anyone else stating an opinion as to who is the best SEC Coach. That opinion carries as much weight as the one behind this article.
I was merely pointing out that you “didn’t have time” to read the article (thus making you ignorant about its content) before commenting about it. Yet, you’ve now made time to make multiple comments in the comments section.

You should set your orange-colored glasses aside. Calls went both ways. Neither team won nor lost because of the refs. The refs didn't cause shooters on either team to miss open looks. Nor did they cause your Serbian center to absolutely brick all 4 FTA's. Nor did the refs cause The Hogs to flat miss 6-10 points in layups/dunks.
Those were 2 very good teams that played Saturday. Very evenly matched. Both very well coached. I'd guess a 7-game series between those 2 might go 7 games.
