The whole waiting or being patient thing sux. It really does! Especially when you were a part of those big years and how competitve the Gators were. As one comment read, it doesn't take but 1 year to ruin what you had and that is exactly what happened. It actually became the norm. Now, I like Napier. I like what he stands for and I like his position. I do hope he gives up play calling next year. I think he is great at leading the ship but he doesn't need to drive. He has to figure out the QB he needs to run whatever offense they are going to run. Right now it looks like we are just gasping for air. Find what fits and roll with it!

I like what Napier is doing and unfortunately as a Florida fan, it will not be fast enough. The culture obviously needs to change and he has started that by getting rid of major defensive pieces for disciplinary reasons. That's a plus! Richardson is confusing to me. I got sick of hearing how great he was going to be. He was very inconsistent, but I can't help but wonder if that wasn't Napier's fault. He definitely needs to delegate play-calling to someone else. Etienne will be a stud and we do have a great receiving group coming back. Defense is the key. You can't fire Toney because of his recruting influence. Get a play caller and a defensive coordinator. There has to be one in that 150 he hired as staffers!

I like Lanning, but like originally mentioned, he probably doesn't even consider with Mullen in the air. Make him HC and let him decide.
