companies employees sign

This is the real world guys. Everyday companies employees to sign 'non-competes' all the time. It is based on the fact that an employee can take inside information (process, data, etc) about a company and transfer that knowledge to the other company giving the new company a supposed advantage. Is the advantage real? Probably not but in rare circumstances it could be. The real issue here should be a standard by everyone set by the league or the NCAA so that it is not left up to the coaches based on some random reason. No issue with the fact there are restrictions, just not sure the subjectivity of the restrictions is fair. GO DAWGS!!!
