I don't consider this a dig. It's really more of a self deprecating joke. He knows beating the 2003 bama team isnt something one would brag about. He also knows that LSU has never really recovered from the 2012 NC. He knows that a majority of the fan base is on medication after suffering mental breakdowns after being totally humiliated in every way shape and form by Florida. I'm sure he could smell the desperation when he landed in Louisana. They need all the feel goods they can get their trembling hands on. I hope they get better. Alabama depends on LSU not falling to pieces for their strength of schedule.
