Florida basketball is riding the transfer portal roller coaster. Shortly after Todd Golden’s staff landed a commitment from LSU transfer Alex Fudge, news broke that one of UF’s most talented players will explore playing elsewhere.
Travis Branham of 247Sports reports that Kowacie Reeves will enter the portal. Branham notes that Reeves is not ruling out a return to Florida.

Reeves is a Macon, Georgia native and Westside High School product. As a class of 2021 prospect, he was rated No. 42 overall nationally on the 247Sports Composite.
This past season, Reeves played in 29 games, making 10 starts. He averaged 1.4 rebounds and 5.5 points on 37.9% field-goal shooting over 15.5 minutes per game.
Fans can expect plenty of speculation about Reeves potentially heading back up to Georgia to play for Mike White again at UGA.
