Florida is heading back to the College World Series, sweeping Clemson in the Super Regionals to get back to Omaha! However, it took 13 innings, a few ejections and plenty of drama on Sunday afternoon.

Heading into the 9th inning, Florida held a 9-6 lead and appeared ready to wrap things up in a timely fashion. Then, Cam Cannarella had other plans for this one. The star for the Tigers delivered a game-tying 3-run home run to send the game into extra innings.

In the bottom of the 10th, it looked like Florida might walk this one off for good with runners on 1st and 2nd and 2 outs. Ashton Wilson unloaded on a pitch deep into center field, but it was Cannarella who once again came to the rescue.

He made a jumping catch into the wall with his back turned to the infield, a highlight-reel grab of the highest order to send the game to the 11th inning:

Things would stay deadlocked until the top of the 13th when Alden Mathes put Clemson on top 10-9 with 2 outs. Drama would ensue after an emphatic bat throw by Mathes, eventually leading to the ejection of Erik Bakich and an assistant coach for Clemson.

Ultimately, it would not be enough to stop the Gators. After the first 2 batters reached, a sacrifice bunt and intentional walk would load the bases for Michael Robertson and 1 out.

Robertson got a great pitch to hit, and he split the gap in left field to score 2 and send Florida to Omaha with the 11-10 win:
