Myreon Jones, Florida guard, reportedly makes decision on 2022-23 season

Myreon Jones transferred in to Florida from Penn State ahead of the 2021-22 men’s basketball season.
Now, with one year of eligibility remaining, Jones was weighing his options, as the Gators are changing from coach Mike White to coach Todd Golden ahead of the 2022-23 season.
On Sunday, college basketball insider Jon Rothstein tweeted that Golden told him Jones was returning to Gainesville for this coming season:
Florida's Myreon Jones plans to return to Gainesville and use his additional year of eligibility, per Todd Golden.

Jones played in 33 games for the Gators this past season, making 21 starts. He averaged 8.5 points, 2.8 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.3 steals per contest.
