Georgia offensive tackle John Theus has been invited to participate in two different showcase games after the season.
Theus has opportunities to compete in either the NFLPA Collegiate Bowl in Carson, Calif. or the East-West Shrine Game in St. Petersburg, Fla. Both games will be played on Jan. 23.

Theus, a senior from Jacksonville, Fla., has been a four-year starter on the Bulldogs’ offensive line. He was a freshman All-American in 2012 and an honorable mention All-SEC selection last season. Last year, he helped the Bulldogs rush for an SEC-leading 257.8 yards per game.
Georgia is 7-3 this season. The Bulldogs host Georgia Southern at 7 p.m. ET on Saturday. The game will be shown on ESPNU.
