Mike Bobo frustrations: Georgia fans share irritations as offense sputters in 1st half
By Keith Farner

Mike Bobo continues to be a punching bag for Georgia fans, and the slow start against South Carolina only added fuel to the frustration fire.
Georgia’s first 3 drives ended with a field goal, a punt and a missed field goal attempt. Carson Beck started the game 9-for-14 for 73 yards. Georgia started 2-for-6 on 3rd down conversations, as South Carolina had 2 sacks in the 1st half.
Some Georgia fans were concerned when Bobo was picked to replace Todd Monken after Monken left for the Baltimore Ravens. Now they’re saying they saw this kind of performance coming.
South Carolina led 14-3 at halftime.
Here’s a sample of the reactions from fans and media:
This is why no @UGAAthletics fans were excited to see Mike Bobo calling plays.

Mike bobo would be a better play caller if Kirby said he is not allowed a shit run up the middle and a wr screen with no blocking. Get these plays out the playbook. That’s not how you play modern offense

Georgia’s offensive coordinator is Mike Bobo, a reminder, sometimes he forgets to run the ball

TJ Sanders, have a day.
Tips a third-and-3 pass.
On a related note……….there is some displeasure with Mike Bobo amongst the Sanford Stadium faithful.

This team ain’t it. Fire Mike Bobo into the sun. What happened to the offensive line and defense? We will be lucky to win 8 games playing like this.
