It’s still the preseason, but Leonard Fournette looks to be in midseason form.
In Saturday’s Jacksonville Jaguars game against the Atlanta Falcons, Fournette showed off his tackle-breaking skills as well as a well-timed cutback on a 21-yard touchdown run to put the Jaguars up early.
A high first-round pick out of LSU, Fournette had over 1,000 yards during his rookie season in Jacksonville. The Jaguars would love to see more runs like that this fall. Last season, Fournette’s longest run from the opponent’s 20- 49-yard line was 18 yards. He notched a total of 13 rushing touchdowns in his rookie campaign.
