WATCH: Odell Beckham Jr. shares special game of catch with young fan before preseason game

As the New York Giants and New York Jets prepare to meet each other in a preseason showdown at MetLife Stadium on Friday night, star Giants WR Odell Beckham Jr. took some time to try to convert a young Jets fan.
OBJ, a former LSU star, ended up in the end zone during warmups and decided to play catch with a youngster on the sidelines.
As you can see in the video below, the young fan (who seems to be sporting a Sam Darnold USC jersey) drops Beckham’s first toss, but manages to haul in the second:

Beckham gets his fair share of criticism from fans and the media, but he also has several touching moments like this every season, too.
This is something the young fan will remember forever, and perhaps OBJ even converted someone to the Giants’ side of the rivalry.
