Former Michigan receiver commits to Mississippi State as a safety

Mississippi State added to its 2017 recruiting class on Tuesday night when JUCO S Brian Cole announced he’d join the Bulldogs next season.
Cole, a former Michigan receiver, attended East Mississippi Community College this year.
The three-star commit is the 19th recruit in Mississippi State’s 2017 class, according to The Clarion-Ledger.
Cole was also recruited by Kentucky and Ole miss, among others, while playing at the JUCO level.
According to 247Sports, Cole is the No. 4 JUCO safety in the class of 2017 and the No. 24 overall JUCO recruit from the state of Michigan.
