WATCH: Mississippi State unveils jersey combination for Egg Bowl

The Egg Bowl is the only SEC game on Thursday, but it’s going to be a heck of a game to watch.
The No. 14 Mississippi State Bulldogs think they’re going to mop the floor with the Ole Miss Rebels, who are on a self-imposed one-year bowl ban.
However, in rivalries like the Egg Bowl, records don’t matter, and the Rebels will play it like a postseason bowl game, since it’ll be the last game of their season.
Here’s what the Bulldogs will wear when they take the field in Starkville on Thursday night:

The Bulldogs will go with a classic home look of maroon helmets, maroon jerseys and white pants for the rivalry game.
A win would give the Bulldogs a record of 9-3 — impressive when you consider their only losses would have been to No. 1 Alabama, No. 6 Auburn and No. 7 Georgia.
Check out Thursday night’s Egg Bowl at 7:30 p.m. Eastern time on ESPN.
