The Missouri Tigers and head coach Eli Drinkwitz are losing an assistant coach to SMU. Mustangs new head coach Rhett Lashlee is bringing along Mizzou assistant Casey Woods, who coached the tight ends and was the recruiting coordinator for MU. Woods and Lashlee previously worked together at Auburn as graduate assistants.
Woods tweeted a farewell note to MU and the CoMo community Friday.
