Powell is a native of Fayetteville, Arkansas. He spent 3 full seasons with the Mizzou program and part of the 2020 season. During his time in Columbia, he appeared in 9 games, throwing for 431 yards, 1 touchdown and 2 picks.
Where he ends up next remains to be seen, but it appears his time with the Trojans is coming to an end.
