The Alabama Crimson Tide took care of business again on Saturday, as did the Georgia Bulldogs, as both teams remained unbeaten.
However, the Bulldogs’ odds of making it to the final four and winning a title have gone down, somehow.
As you can see below, the Crimson Tide still have a great chance to make it to the Playoff, and lead the way with a 21-percent chance to win the title, per ESPN’s College Football Playoff Predictor. Meanwhile, eight total SEC teams are mentioned in the updated projections:
Alabama
- 74% chance to make Playoff
- 41% chance to make title game
- 21% chance to win title
Georgia
- 55% chance to make Playoff
- 30% chance to make title game
- 15% chance to win title
Florida
- 2% chance to make Playoff
- <1% chance to make title game
- <1% chance to win title
Auburn, LSU, Kentucky, Texas A&M and Mississippi State all have less than a one-percent chance to make the Playoff, per ESPN’s projections.
