After completing his four-game suspension to start the 2016 season, Buffalo Bills DT Marcell Dareus is eligible to play this Sunday when the Bills travel to Los Angeles to take on the Rams.
However, Dareus tweaked his hamstring during Friday’s practice session, so it’s questionable as to whether he’ll make his 2016 debut this week, according to Pro Football Talk:
“We’ll see how it is. We’ll find out later how he responds,” coach Rex Ryan said, via Mike Rodak of ESPN.com.
Following his suspension for violating the league’s substance-abuse policy, it sounds like the former Alabama standout has cleaned up his act a bit and is in a good place in his personal life.
In his five-year NFL career, Dareus has amassed 30.5 sacks and 252 tackles.
