Former LSU LB Kwon Alexander wants to help Tampa Bay continue to improve

Former LSU LB Kwon Alexander, now a second-year player for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, isn’t used to losing.
After having so much success in college, Alexander told ESPN he gets frustrated when the Bucs self-destruct like they did in a 37-32 loss to the Los Angeles Rams last weekend:
“I like to win, so, it’s hard,” said Alexander, who leads the Bucs in tackles. “We’re gonna instill in everybody’s head that to win is the only way it is. We’re working on that now. We’re gonna see when Sunday comes around.”
In order to improve, Alexander said the Bucs need to play some of the NFL’s top teams and compete alongside the best. They’ll get a chance to do that when they host the undefeated Denver Broncos on Sunday afternoon:
“That’s what I like. I like playing teams like that,” Alexander said of facing the Broncos, who are 3-0 with first-year quarterback Trevor Siemian at the helm. “Big players make big plays in big games, so that’s what we’re gonna go out here and try to do.”
Alexander has 31 tackles and a sack in three games this season. He also returned an interception for a touchdown against the Rams last week.
