Report: Sony Michel lands meeting with AFC squad at NFL Combine

One of the most interesting NFL Draft prospects this year is former Georgia RB Sony Michel, who is a dual-threat runner and pass catcher out of the backfield.
He is a likely day two selection, but he could climb into the latter part of the first round with a big performance at the NFL Combine in Indianapolis this week.
According to 247Sports, NFL Network analyst Steve Wyche said Michel has already landed a meeting with the Oakland Raiders at the annual scouting event:
Wyche said during the NFL Network’s telecast on Wednesday that Michel met with Oakland on Tuesday night. Wyche brought it up while talking about the Raiders and Marshawn Lynch’s future with the team.
Michel could be in an interesting situation if the Raiders select him, as he could learn behind current starter Marshawn Lynch.
It’ll be interesting to see how Michel fares this week, as he has a lot to gain from having a good performance in Indy.
