Oklahoma is gearing up for the second season under head coach Brent Venables, and the Sooners will have a new pair of kicks to rock this fall.
On Tuesday, the Sooners unveiled some new “cleat heat,” a pair of Jordan Brand kicks that have some dazzling accents. The main color on the cleats is the iconic crimson of the Sooners, including on the tongue of the shoe.
The cleats also feature black panels and accents and a silver plate under the arch of the foot. White OU logos on the tongue complement the look.

When it comes to these cleats, it is the dazzling main color and impressive accents that steal the show. Now, the Sooners will try to play as good as these cleats look when the action starts.
Oklahoma opens the season on Sept. 2 against Arkansas State. Kickoff for that game is set for 12 pm ET with the broadcast on ESPN.
