Hugh Freeze says multiple SEC teams ‘absolutely’ deserve to be in playoff

Ole Miss head coach Hugh Freeze said in an appearance on ESPN Radio’s “Mike and Mike” Wednesday morning that the SEC “absolutely deserves multiple teams in the College Football Playoff.”

As of today, three SEC teams remain undefeated. Ole Miss and Mississippi State are unbeaten at 5-0. Auburn is also 5-0 after its win over LSU Saturday night. Freeze’s Rebels travel to College Station this weekend to face No. 14 Texas A&M, while No. 3 Mississippi State and No. 2 Auburn face off in Starkville.
