Quentin Bivens, former Ole Miss DT, announces transfer destination

Quentin Bivens has settled on his new program.
The former Ole Miss defensive tackle, who entered the transfer portal nearly a month ago, is headed to Southern Miss. The Golden Eagles were among the 3 schools to offer him a scholarship coming out of high school along with Ole Miss and LSU.
Bivens played 4 seasons for the Rebels and appeared in 29 games. He made 35 tackles, 4.5 tackles for loss and 2 sacks while he was at Ole Miss. Bivens was a part of the 2018 recruiting class.
Bivens was a 3-star recruit coming out of high school in Waynesboro, Mississippi and a top 25 player (21) in the state of Mississippi.
