Roman Rashada, JUCO DB for 2022, reveals SEC West commitment

Ole Miss is picking up some defensive back help for 2022, and this addition could pay other dividends on the recruiting trail down the road.
On Saturday, JUCO cornerback Roman Rashada revealed his is committing to the Rebels. Rashada picked Ole Miss over other finalists in Miami (Fl) and Virginia Tech.

Rashada is listed at 6-foot-1 and 190 lbs. and has been playing for Diablo Valley JUCO. 247 Sports rates Rashada as the No. 22 CB out of the JUCO ranks for the 2022 recruiting cycle.
Roman is also the older brother of Jaden Rashada, a 5-star QB in the class of 2023 out of California. Jaden had Ole Miss as 1 of 4 SEC programs in his final 7 list that he unveiled in May. Saturday is also officially 2 weeks away from Jaden’s announcement date for his commitment.
