As you probably know by now, new Ole Miss coach Lane Kiffin was once unceremoniously fired by USC, even calling it the lowest point of his career.

On Monday, it was announced that the Rebels and USC would play a home-and-home series in 2025 and 2026, and that prompted a great back-and-forth interaction between Kiffin and the USC Twitter account.

As you can see below, the USC account tweeted “Sup @Lane_Kiffin?” and Kiffin immediately responded in kind:

With Kiffin running the Ole Miss program, he’ll now have even more motivation to get the Rebels ready for those games against the Trojans.

A lot can happen between now and then, of course, but this should be a fun series nonetheless.
