Deion Sanders missed his second-straight game as Jackson State’s head coach as his recovery following a gnarly foot surgery continues.
Jackson State beat Mississippi Valley State 28-19 on Saturday to improve to 7-1 on the season, and Coach Prime was proud of his team’s effort.
As you can see below, he took to Twitter to provide an update on his health and praise his players:

Whether or not Sanders is able to return to the sidelines for the next game remains to be seen.
But, the Tigers keep chugging along. Hopefully, they don’t have to play without their charismatic head coach for too much longer.
