Justin Fields provides update on injured knee heading into Playoff semifinal

The College Football Playoff semifinals will take place on Saturday, with Ohio State and Clemson playing in the Fiesta Bowl and LSU and Oklahoma meeting in the Peach Bowl.
With a spot in the title game on the line, Ohio State is dealing with a quarterback who isn’t at 100% right now.
Per ESPN, Fields said this week that his sore left knee is still bothering him, though he expects to play against Clemson:
Fields said Tuesday that his left knee is only 80 to 85% heading into Saturday’s College Football Playoff semifinal in Glendale. He plans to wear a small brace during the game and brought a larger one in case he needs it.
“My knee’s probably not where I want it to be right now,” Fields said. “But I think with treatment every day and just resting it every day, hopefully, it will be better by the game.”
Obviously, that affects who the LSU Tigers might meet in the title game, should they take down the Sooners.
Fields has been one of the best players in the country this year, so we’ll see if he is able to play up to his standards.
