Alabama’s defense was critical to the Tide’s 24-10 win over the Rebels in Week 4. Ole Miss managed just 3 points in the 2nd half and often struggled to move the ball against Alabama on Saturday.
It was especially impressive considering Ole Miss boasts one of the most efficient offenses in the SEC. The Rebels rank No. 2 in the league with 7.29 yards per play — and that’s after facing Alabama’s defense on Saturday.
Alabama will face Mississippi State on the road at 9 p.m. ET on Saturday.
