WATCH: Miami ends seven-game losing to FSU on game-winning TD pass in final seconds of game
What a time to be alive — for Miami fans anyway.
Why is that? Well, the Hurricanes drove the length of the field against FSU in Doak Campbell Stadium down three points and, instead of playing it conservative and trying to tie up the game, Miami played aggressively.
Needless to say, the decision paid off for Mark Richt’s team.
Miami ended a seven-game losing streak to annual in-state rival Florida State, the longest losing streak the Hurricanes have had in the series, thanks to this 23-yard touchdown pass from QB Malik Rosier to WR Darrell Langham. The play gave Miami the go-ahead points in the game and ultimately led to the 24-20 final score.
