The remarkable comeback by LSU against Auburn over the weekend has definitely sent waves through the fan base of both schools.
The LSU Tigers have rebounded under head coach Ed Orgeron after a scary start to the season. The Tigers are now up to 5-2 on the season after beating Auburn and are back inside the AP Top 25 with a No. 24 ranking.
The loss in brutal fashion by Auburn has sent the Tigers into a bit of a tailspin. Auburn fell from No. 10 to No. 21 in the AP Poll, and the blown lead has put head coach Gus Malzahn back on the hot seat.
LSU fans are riding high while Auburn fans are searching for answers. Former LSU basketball star Shaquille O’Neal even made sure to remind former Auburn basketball star Charles Barkley about the blown lead during a recent segment on TNT.
