South Carolina lands commitment from Arkansas State transfer receiver

South Carolina has a new quarterback in Oklahoma transfer Spencer Rattler.

Now, Rattler has a new target to work with, as the Gamecocks landed a key transfer wide receiver from Arkansas State on Saturday evening.

As you can see below, Corey Rucker took to Twitter to announce (on Shane Beamer’s birthday, no less) that he was committing to South Carolina:

Rucker and Rattler will now try to revamp the South Carolina offense. After the Gamecocks won 7 games last season, Beamer has this offense primed to be even better this coming fall.

Rucker had 59 catches for 826 yards and 9 touchdowns last season at Arkansas State. He added 20 yards and a touchdown as a rusher.
