Tennessee QB signee Harrison Bailey threw for 410 yards, 6 touchdowns in first half during high school bowl game
Tennessee appears to be getting an outstanding player in Harrison Bailey.
If you missed the news on Wednesday, the 6-foot-4, 224-pound Bailey signed with the Volunteers on Wednesday during the Early Signing Period. Bailey was one of the first few players to commit to Tennessee’s 2020 recruiting class and played a big role in recruiting his peers to Rocky Top and serving as the centerpiece of a recruiting class that currently ranks No. 15 nationally and has room to improve by adding a few more recruits.
Before getting to Knoxville as an early enrollee, Bailey’s high school career finished up on Friday night as the senior led Marietta High School to an appearance in the High School Bowl Series against the state champions from Washington. Marietta landed an invite to the game after winning the Georgia State Championship.
In his final high school game, Bailey did not see the field in the second half. But don’t freak out, Vol Nation, Bailey didn’t get benched, he just got to rest after throwing for 410 yards and six touchdowns in the first half.
The videos below are some of the highlight throws Bailey had in the game. Jeremy Pruitt must have been smiling watching this game last night.
