Will Stallings, a 3-star running back out of Bishop Gorman High School in Las Vegas, has announced a commitment to play in the SEC.
Stallings, who is 6 feet and 222 pounds, committed to Tennessee on Sunday as he has a reported 14 offers, and is rated the No. 11 player in the state of Nevada, and the No. 91 linebacker in the class of 2023, according to the 247Sports Composite.
A two-way athlete who’s being recruited by Tennessee to play running back, gave the Vols their 10th commitment for the 2023 class and their first from a projected running back, GoVols247 reported.
He chose the Vols over offers from Arizona, Arizona State, Colorado and Pittsburgh, and landed an offer from the Vols just 5 days later.

His trip to Tennessee earlier this month was so brief that it didn’t include a tour of the Vols’ campus and facilities. But two days ahead of his scheduled trip to Knoxville, he decided to announce his commitment on Father’s Day — which is also his father’s birthday — rather than waiting any longer to reveal his choice.
“There was really no need (for me) to go up there before I made my decision,” Stallings told GoVols247 before publicly announcing his commitment.
