Vanderbilt is looking to end the regular season with a win before heading to the SEC Baseball Tournament. Spencer Jones is doing his part as the Commodores are up heading into the late innings.
So far, Jones has blasted a pair of home runs on Saturday and provided a big bang with his shot in the 2nd inning. Up 4-0 at the time, Jones’ 2-run shot made it 6-0 Vanderbilt.
It was a particularly majestic shot as Jones launched a tape-measure blast 458 feet to the opposite field:

After LSU trimmed the lead to 6-4, Jones came back to the dish with a man on in the 6th inning. He delivered another home run, this time with a blast to dead center and over the batter’s eye.
