Vanderbilt RB Ralph Webb guarantees win against South Carolina

South Carolina-Vanderbilt will kick off the SEC football season Thursday, September 1, and the entire country will be watching.

It’s also the only conference game of Week 1, which features some incredible non-conference matchups, but nonetheless, the Gamecocks-Commodores matchup will be interesting for several reasons.

Vanderbilt star running back Ralph Webb made a bold prediction for the game against South Carolina, according to Collyn Taylor of GamecockCentral, by guaranteeing a win.

I’m sure Will Muschamp and Travaris Robinson will have this quote posted all over the Gamecocks’ locker room.

South Carolina beat Vanderbilt last season 19-10, and Webb only rushed for 58 yards.
