Wow, just read my post. Apologies as it was pre coffee. You get the point. Congrats state. Hope to rematch in the playoffs. This was a big call that I think had a major impact. Apologies for the bammerisms above.

Miss St outplayed Auburn plain and simple. Auburn made too many mistakes early on. It was painful to watch as we all know Auburn is better than how they played Saturday... With that said, you have to credit Miss St for taking advantage of Auburn's blunders. With some luck, hopefully both teams win out. Will be glad to let Miss St. play that extra game in Atlanta and the. rematch Auburn in the playoffs! They earned it. Regarding the article... There were a few missed calls for both teams but Auburn paid dearly for this one. Assuming Auburn scores from the 5 here and then taking into account Auburn scored on the next drive (99yds)... To say this call didn't impact the game is blind.

No one ever accused them of being the Harvard of the South. Just let him believe it.

A cowbell isn't part of history. It's a noise maker. It's outlawed in every other stadium. Sorry but it's ridiculous. Yell... Stomp... Make noise... But clanking cowbells? Sorry but it's irritating and ruins the game. Maybe Auburn should bring cannons and fire them relentlessly to honor our military past? It's tradition right?

I think air horns would be equally ridiculous. Cowbells = Worst tradition in CFB. Irritating and makes the game unpleasant to watch. Just when you thought UT's rocky top was irritating, 40k necks with cowbells clanking for 4 hours takes the cake.

Watch the aTm replay. Those things rang the entire game except for when miss st was on offense. Sorry but it should be outlawed. If you can't make noise as a fan base, that's your own problem.

Um, Auburn has it's own forestry dept and if you kept up... those trees did not survive. You've had to much cowbell.

It's for entertainment. Along the lines of Red Lightning from FSU last year. Just enjoy it for what it is.
