Following how much Auburn fans post, checking our SB nation blog, even ended up on this article? You're exactly what I'm talking about. Another bammer paranoid with everything that Auburn does. Did you happen to see the live Auburn feed on AL.com today for signing day? Over 3,000 comments, probably about 85% of which were insecure bammers that were watching and commenting on the Auburn feed rather than the bama one. The bama fan obsession with Auburn is just creepy and embarrassing, honestly.

I'm sure some do on posts that may involve Auburn in some way. But we have better things to do than troll posts about a rival's jumbotron. I notice more jabs from bammers on random Auburn articles than the other way around. Seems like several strong cases of "little man" syndrome.

This comment just doesn't even make any sense. Four seasons have passed and you people are still whining about Cam.

Well, when there is any article about Auburn a bammer always has to say SOMETHING. Even if it is just about a scoreboard.

I was in Athens and can 100% agree that I saw this same behavior. I was walking back to where I was staying from downtown and got separated from my group and couldn't walk 10 feet without having student-aged fans in my face screaming that I'm a "f***ing p***y" and I should "get the f*** out of Athens and go back to my s*** hole town" and even worse things than that. I understand bars mean drunk fans and all that good stuff but I've been in downtown Auburn after many big wins and we don't do that all through downtown. Sure, you'll have bad fans everywhere but I was getting it outside of EVERY single bar and restaurant I walked past just trying to get home. Literally every 10 feet. I know these fans aren't a representation of ALL Georgia fans but y'all sure let those fans run your town Saturday night. And what's sickening too is the UGA fans and students that are outright saying that this mistreatment didn't happen and it isn't true. Saying that is just ignorant and how behavior like this happens. You have to own up to be problem and handle it or else your fan base will just look bad. I know that if I see this behavior from our fans I'll let them have it. I saw a couple students ragging on an LSU fan walking into the student section at Jordan-Hare when we played them this year and I told them to get lost and told the LSU guy not to mind those idiots and to have a good time. This behavior happens everywhere, it's just a matter of whether you'll ignore it and let it happen, or whether you'll stand up to it and make your fan base look like it has some class and dignity. Still had fun in Athens and did meet some great UGA fans and know that's how most of them are, but that town was out of control Saturday night.

So we have one player 4 years ago that you didn't like and suddenly we're the dirtiest program in all of college football? Makes perfect sense, glad to see you're being logical.

... And this is exactly what this article is trying to address. A lack of class from UGA fans like you. You have it backwards, you should WANT your town to be a place that others WANT to visit like I know Athens could be, not some trash dump that everyone wants to avoid.

I will turn this right back around and say that A&M has some of the best fans that I've personally met. Hated to see us lose but still loved having the Aggie fans in town. Ya'll took the win with a lot of class and never once saw anyone rub it in our faces or anything like that. This is what it's all about. Looking forward to traveling to College Station to see that mammoth of a stadium.

Please, if you're going to insult Auburn fans about mental stability, at least type it in comprehensible English.

I just love how riled up some bammers will get over stuff like this. They see one Auburn t-shirt and they'll just illiterately protest "137 NATIONAL TYTELS THATS ALL THAT MATTURS IS THEM TYTELS ROWL TAHD! RTRTRTR!" It's just a t-shirt, why do some of you people act so insecure? (Not saying this about all bammers, but you know which ones I'm talking about)

I just don't believe any of this to be completely true. Sure, every fan base has its trash but I was dead center in the Auburn section when Treadwell was down and we were silent. An ole miss fan with a radio said he heard that it could be a broken leg and we all felt sick. We felt just as bad for Treadwell going down like that as you Ole Miss fans did. I stayed on campus with some Ole Miss students that were friends of a friend and they were talking after about how Treadwell screwed them and lost the game for them and "should've just got into the damn endzone" and we told them to lay off of him, and that he played an incredible game. AUBURN fans telling ole miss students to cut their own player some slack. And no Auburn player was celebrating Treadwell's injury, they were clearly celebrating recovering a fumble and didn't realize he was hurt at first. And if you deny that you're just a liar because we all saw it right there in front of us. I was in the grove immediately following the game and never once heard anyone yelling insults about Treadwell or anyone else. Just a lot of good games and thanks for having us. I just find it hypocritical that you say we don't belong around you "good people" while you call us "cousin f***ers." There's just so many bitter false statements in your comment it's classless. It was a hell of a game, played hard by both sides, but you lost. Move on, don't make up crap saying our entire fan base is full of scumbags. Good luck the rest of your season and prayers for Treadwell's recovery.

So you react to a classless newspaper headline with a classless comment that's completely irrelevant? The newspaper is not affiliated with the university, and every other student I've talked to about it shares my view that the headline and picture were terrible to print like they did. Sorry that it was printed and I wish it wouldn't have been, but bringing up our dead trees is just classless and irrelevant.

As much as I hated to see Auburn lose, it's atleast comforting to see State push FSU out of the #1 spot. Atleast a team that is actually very good is the top in the nation and none of that barely beating a cupcake team ACC crap.

You take away the easy 21 points Auburn gave State with miscues inside their own 30 and its a 23-17 ball game in Auburn's favor. It was a hard fought win for State and they deserved it but it's just a fact that Auburn beat themselves more than State did.

Both had 4 turnovers. 3 of Auburn's were within our own 30 so we practically gave you those scores. I'm not going to play the "what if" or "should have " game but if you take those 3 miscues by Auburn and easy points for MSU away then its a 23-17 ball game in Auburn's favor. State still won fair and square but Auburn beat themselves more than State did, and that's just a fact.

Come on now this is just pathetic. This kind of crap is what brings down college football. We lost, and MSU played one hell of a game. Please represent our fanbase and school better than this trash.

I'm not sure if you saw the same hit the rest of us did, but Ruffin's shoulder planted right into Quinn's upper chest, and the force of the impact snapped Quinn's neck back. It wasn't helmet to helmet or even shoulder to helmet. Just a good old fashioned hard hit.
