Former Alabama cornerback Bradley Sylve won’t participate in the Crimson Tide’s Pro Day Wednesday, according to AL.com, citing sources that Sylve tore his Achilles tendon.

Sylve isn’t a top NFL prospect. In fact, he was a backup for the Crimson Tide last year, but you hate to see a player go down before Pro Day. Sylve’s greatest asset is his speed, and impressing scouts at Pro Day isn’t going to happen.

He excelled on special teams in 2015, racking up a team-high nine tackles.
