Uncommitted 4-star DE Jarez Parks in tears over delaying decision at Signing Day ceremony
Wednesday is supposed to be a big day for Jarez Parks. The Sebastian River (Fla.) defensive end is a four-star prospect and considered one of the country’s top 100 recruits. The 247Sports Composite rates the 6-foot-2, 275-pounder the No. 93 overall prospect, No. 7 weak-side defensive end and No. 17 Florida recruit.
He has 32 offers, including Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Georgia, LSU, Mississippi State, Ole Miss and South Carolina. Despite his high rating and a number of offers, Parks announced at his National Signing Day ceremony that he has not made a decision.

Alabama, Florida and Florida State are considered the three schools still in the running for Parks. The delayed decision has led many to speculate that the Crimson Tide may have told Parks there isn’t room for him in the current class.
