WATCH: Deionte Thompson in the middle of postgame scuffle between Alabama, Mississippi State players

The Alabama Crimson Tide shut out Mississippi State 24-0 on Saturday afternoon, but things were still getting chippy between the two squads even after the final whistle.
Following the game, Alabama players weren’t happy with something Mississippi State did (perhaps a hit to QB Tua Tagovailoa’s injured leg?) and let the Bulldogs know about it.
As you can see in the video below, Alabama S Deionte Thompson and a number of other players on both teams were involved in a scuffle following the contest:

It appeared that even an Alabama assistant had some choice words for the Bulldogs, even as he was trying to separate his players from the scrum.
We may never know what exactly caused the outburst, but it’s clear these two teams don’t care for one another.
