The Mississippi State Bulldogs recently lost RB coach Charles Huff to Alabama, and it didn’t take them long to find a replacement.

Per a report from 247Sports, Joe Moorhead has found a new RB coach from a squad in the American Athletic Conference.

The report states that the Bulldogs are expected to hire Terry Richardson away from the UConn Huskies in the near future:

According to Steve Robertson of Genespage247, Mississippi State is believed to be refilling its opening on the offensive staff with Terry Richardson, associate head coach and running backs position coach at Connecticut.

Richardson has some SEC experience, serving as Florida’s recruiting coordinator in 2011 and 2012.

This is one of two positions Moorhead has to fill, as he also recently lost co-OC Luke Getsy to the Green Bay Packers.
