Last year, we saw NFL Network analyst Mike Mayock leave the world of media and join the Oakland Raiders’ front office as the team’s general manager.
Now, another big-name draft analyst could be heading to an NFL front office, per a report from ESPN’s Rich Cimini.
Per Cimini, ESPN’s Todd McShay is under consideration for a job with new New York Jets GM Joe Douglas:

As Cimini mentions in the tweet, Douglas and McShay have a relationship dating back to their college days, when they were both football players at the University of Richmond.
It isn’t a done deal yet, but ESPN’s draft coverage wouldn’t be the same without McShay, who has been a big part of the network’s plans for a number of years.
