Even after Dan Orlovsky tried to clarify his comments, Kirk Herbstreit wasn’t having it.

If you missed it on Wednesday, Orlovsky was on The Pat McAfee Show discussing Ohio State quarterback Justin Fields when McAfee asked the ESPN analyst why the Buckeye signal-caller’s stock was apparently falling in the 2021 NFL Draft.

Orlovsky said he could not answer that question but claimed he reached out to “people in the know” that expressed concerns about Fields’ work ethic, the QB’s desire to be great and even noted the Ohio State quarterback was a “last guy in, first guy out” player.

After receiving a ton of backlash for these comments, Orlovsky attempted to clarify things on Thursday.

In response, Herbstreit roasted his ESPN colleague.
