Oklahoma roasted for being a fraud after narrow win over Nebraska

Oklahoma hasn’t faced a murder’s row of opponents thus far in 2021, playing Tulane, Western Carolina and Nebraska through 3 weeks. All of the games have been in Norman.
The Sooners struggled with Tulane, holding on for a 40-35 win. After smoking FCS Western Carolina 76-0, the Sooners struggled again against Nebraska, escaping with a 23-16 win.
That’s not exactly a dominant performance for the No. 3 team in the country and one many thought could win the national title heading into 2021.
So, after the close win over Nebraska, plenty of fans were quick to hop on Twitter to call Lincoln Riley’s squad a fraud:

Bigger fraud: Cincinnati or Oklahoma?

I’m not quite sold on Oklahoma yet
Spencer Rattler and the Sooners should have looked a bit more impressive today against Nebraska

Kudos to @Huskers for playing a complete hard nose game, #Sooners were lucky to escape with a win

Can the Sooners get it together as Big 12 play starts next week? We’ll see how Riley’s team looks next weekend at home against West Virginia.
