Alabama coach Nick Saban probably thought his first day of the Early Signing Period was done, but that wasn’t the case.
On Wednesday evening, the Crimson Tide managed to flip a 4-star 2020 running back away from Oklahoma.
As you can see below, Alabama officially announced that 4-star RB Jase McClellan, a Texas native, had signed with the Tide’s 2020 class:

Per the 247Sports composite rankings, McClellan is the No. 8 running back in the class of 2020 and the No. 6 overall recruit from the state of Texas.
The Crimson Tide now have 21 signees and 5 hard commits in their 2020 class. That class ranks No. 2 in the nation and No. 1 in the SEC, per 247Sports.
