Alabama LB Mack Wilson is grieving on Sunday after learning that his cousin was shot and killed.
Wilson, a talented defender and a key part of the Crimson Tide defense, tweeted about his cousin’s death on Sunday morning, asking for prayers from the Alabama family.
As you can see in the series of tweets below, Wilson’s cousin was apparently named Shaquille Johnson and was a talented football player:
Cousin just died man.. Sitting on the bed in his house and somebody starts shooting inside the house and hits him in the stomach and the chest. It’s a sad world we live in ????????? Asking for prayers for me and my family please!

Wilson is clearly in a lot of pain, and dozens of Alabama fans (as well as many others) have already offered their love and support in this tough time for the Wilson family.
