Nick Saban provided a few injury updates ahead of Week 7’s matchup against Arkansas Wednesday afternoon.

The Alabama head coach told reporters at the SEC’s weekly teleconference that WR Ja’Corey Brooks has been practicing, while Malachi Moore and James Burnip will be game-time decisions depending on the progress they make between now and Saturday.

“We’re preparing as if neither guy would be able to play, but I can’t say that emphatically,” Saban told reporters.

Brooks played briefly returning kickoffs in Week 6 against Texas A&M. Moore and Burns both exited early from last week’s 26-20 win over the Aggies in College Station.

Alabama makes its return home this weekend against an Arkansas team that is starving for a win. The Razorbacks haven’t won since Week 2, losing out to teams such as BYU, Ole Miss and Texas A&M. Their reward? The No. 11 team in the land!

Alabama has flipped a switch in a major way since dropping to Texas earlier in the year. They’re the only SEC West team undefeated in SEC play and remain one of the country’s top defensive units, all while Jalen Milroe is starting to settle into his role at the helm of the offense.
