Nick Saban refuses to divulge future plans for Jalen Hurts
Alabama coach Nick Saban really doesn’t like being asked about his quarterbacks, Tua Tagovailoa and Jalen Hurts.
It’s been a constant source of irritation for him this offseason, with him finally, begrudgingly, admitting that Tagovailoa was the starter only after his amazing Week 1 performance.
On Wednesday evening, a question about future plans for Jalen Hurts sparked a mini-rant from Saban, who said if he was going to tell the media his plans for Hurts, he might as well just go tell the Arkansas State head coach:
Nick Saban: "What we do with Jalen Hurts internally is going to be decided internally. If I was going to tell you what we were going to do, I'd just call the other coach and tell him."

When you have a situation like Alabama’s at the quarterback position, you’re going to be asked questions about it.
Saban, though, continues to react with anger, so who knows how angry he’s going to be when someone dares to ask him a question about Hurts or Tagovailoa following this weekend’s game.
