The Alabama Crimson Tide are leading the Texas A&M Aggies at halftime of Saturday’s SEC West showdown, but the Aggies are giving them their toughest test of the season.
Leading 31-13, the Tide will need to keep their feet on the gas pedal in the second half to prevent A&M from climbing back into the game.
At halftime, Nick Saban was interviewed at halftime and said the defense needs to do a better job:
Nick Saban at halftime: "We’ve got to play better on defense. We’re just not executing very well, and they got us off balance because they’re playing regular people. We’re not covering people very well."

QB Tua Tagovailoa is having another stellar performance, and it’ll be interesting to see how much longer he stays in the game, especially if the Aggies keep the score fairly close.
The defense is struggling with A&M QB Kellen Mond, but the Tide still have a big lead. Tune in to CBS for the second half.
